The stage is set for the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games, and 48 Reliance Foundation Sports athletes are ready to represent India across a wide range of disciplines. From athletics and shooting to badminton, archery, table tennis, boxing, judo, wrestling and sailing, the squad brings together a strong mix of established names and emerging talent.
Athletics
Athletics forms the largest contingent, with 24 Reliance Foundation Sports athletes set to compete across track and field events. The squad includes Aadarsh Ram in the men’s high jump, Abinaya Rajarajan in the women’s 4x100m relay, Ancy Sojan in the women’s long jump and sprinter Animesh Kujur in the men’s 100m, 200m and mixed 4x100m relay. Anu Raghavan will compete in the women’s 400m hurdles, while Anushka Yadav features in the women’s hammer throw and Baranica Elangovan in the women’s pole vault.
The men’s events also feature Damneet Singh in hammer throw, Gurindervir Singh in the 100m and mixed 4x100m relay, Karthik Unnikrishnan in triple jump, Kartik Karkera and Sawan Barwal in the marathon, Mohd Afsal in the 800m and Mohd Ashfaq in the 4x400m relay. Pranav Gurav joins the mixed 4x100m relay squad, while M Sreeshankar competes in the long jump and Tejaswin Shankar takes on the decathlon.
On the women’s side, Harita Bhadra and Unnathi Ayyappa will compete in the 200m and mixed 4x100m relay, while Jyothi Yarraji lines up in the 100m hurdles. Krishna Jayasankar will compete in shot put, Manju Rani in the marathon race walk and Seema in the 5000m and 10,000m. Yashas Palaksha completes the athletics contingent in the men’s 400m hurdles.
Shooting
Eight athletes will represent the Foundation in shooting. Ashi Chouksey and Tilottama Sen will compete in the women’s 50m rifle 3P, while Ashima Ahlawat and Manisha Keer feature in trap. Kedarling Uchaganve will compete in the men’s 10m air pistol, Kynan Chenai in trap, Niraj Kumar in the men’s 50m rifle 3P and Parinaaz Dhaliwal in women’s skeet.
Badminton
Badminton features seven athletes, led by Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, who will compete in the men’s team and men’s doubles events. Dhruv Kapila features in the men’s team and mixed doubles, while HS Prannoy and Kidambi Srikanth will be part of the men’s team. Tanisha Crasto will compete in the women’s team and mixed doubles, with Unnati Hooda featuring in the women’s team and women’s singles.
Archery & Table Tennis
In archery, Kushal Dalal and Taniparthi Chikitha will compete in the men’s and women’s compound events respectively, while Yashdeep Bhoge will represent India in men’s recurve.
Table tennis will see Payas Jain and Sathiyan Gnanasekaran compete in the men’s team, with Sathiyan also featuring in men’s doubles.
Other Sports
The squad also has representation across boxing, judo, wrestling and sailing. Asmita Dey will compete in judo in the women’s 48kg category, Dipanshi in wrestling in the women’s 50kg category, Lovlina Borgohain in boxing in the women’s 75kg category and Vishnu Saravanan in sailing in the men’s dinghy.
Across disciplines, these 48 athletes take to the Asian Games stage carrying India’s hopes and the experience of a strong support ecosystem behind them. Aichi-Nagoya will provide another opportunity for Reliance Foundation Sports athletes to compete at the highest level and make their mark on one of Asia’s biggest sporting stages.
