String Of High-Scoring Matches In RFYS Football Season Delight Viewers In The North Zone

It was raining goals in the Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RYFS) football season in the North Zone as the action continued in Hisar and Sonipat.

In a boys U-19 league game on October 14, Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Alakhpur controlled the game from start to finish, defeating Vidya Devi Jindal School, Hisar 9-1. In another higher scoring game in the same category, Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Biswanmille trounced Delhi Public School, Yamunanagar with a one-sided scoreline of 10-0.

Whereas, in a boys U-17 league game on the same day, Delhi Public School, Khera Gosain dominated proceedings to beat O.P. Jindal Modern School, Hisar 11-0.

The goals continued to flow in the boys U-17 category with Army Public School, Hisar hitting the back of the net eight times against S.D.M. High School Hisar without any response. Additionally, in a girls U-15 league of four clash, Govt. Sr. Sec.School, Alakhpur bested Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Charkhi Dadri 3-0 in a fierce derby match.

In another girls U-15 league of four match on the same day, there was nothing to separate Arya Sr. Sec. Sports School , Bhambhewa and Delight Sr. Sec. School, with the game ending 1-1.

Moving on to the boys U-15 category, Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Bhambhewa put on a clinical display to defeat Jankidas Kapur Public School, Sonipat 3-0 in a league of four fixture. Elsewhere, Global International School, Hisar narrowly defeated O.P. Jindal Modern School, Hisar 1-0 in a tight match in the same category.

On October 16, Little Angels Sr. Sec. School, Sonipat triumphed over Stanford International School, Sonipat with an astonishing scoreline of 13-0 in a boys U-17 league of four fixture. In another 13-0 thumping on the same day, S.D. Sr. Sec. School , Kakrala , Mahendergarh were victorious against Jankidas Kapur Public School, Sonipat in a boys U-15 league of four match.

Meanwhile, in a boys U-19 league of four fixture, Hindu Vidyapeeth School, Sonipat got over the line 2-1 despite a fighting performance by Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Biswanmille.
