RFYS Athletics National Championship 2019-20: Best Athletes of the season

Now that the Athletics Finals are over, check out which of the athletes were the best of the best from each category.

Sub-Junior Boys

The best athlete from the Sub-Junior Boys category was Nikhilesh from Pratap Singh Memorial Sr Sec School. His event was the Shot Put with his best score being 16.21 Meters. He lead the leaderboards with a score of 895.

Sub-Junior Girls

Sandra Mol Sabu from SMVHSS was the highest ranked athlete in the Sub-Junior Girls category. She topped the leaderboards with 893 points. Her event was the 400 Meter run with her best run time being 58.35 seconds.

Junior Boys

Mohit Kumar topped the charts with 1004 points. His discipline was the 400 Meter and his best time was 47.64 seconds. He was representing S.K.S Higher Secondary School.

Junior Girls

The points topper in the Junior Girls category, with 908 points, was Priya Sabhajeet Gupta from Gokuldham High School & Junior College. Her discipline was the 100 Meter Hurdles and her top run time was 14.89 seconds.

Senior Boys

Dibyasundar Das from Kalyangarh Bidyamandir topped the leaderboard with 1018 points. His top score was 14.27 seconds and his discipline was the 110 Meter hurdles.

Senior Girls

With 915 points, narrowly beating out her competition, the topper in the Senior Girls category was Sathi Patra. Her event was the 100 Metre hurdles, with her run time being 14.83 seconds.

College Boys

Pravin P Kumar from SRM Institute of Science and Technology was the top athlete in the College Boys category with 979 points. His discipline was the 110 Meter hurdles with his fastest time being 14.49 seconds.

College Girls

Harmilan Bains, running the 1500 Meter run with a time of 4:27.84 seconds, was the topper in the College Girls with 992 points. She was representing the National College of Physical Education.
