Kerala Blasters FC put together a resilient and competitive campaign in the Reliance Foundation Development League 2025 26, finishing second in Group B of the National Group Stage to earn their place in the National Championship.
Throughout the season, Kerala Blasters established themselves as a well-organised and difficult side to break down. Competing in a challenging group, they remained in contention through a series of disciplined displays, collecting crucial points at important stages of the campaign.

One of the defining features of Kerala Blasters’ run was their ability to stay competitive in tight contests. Even against strong opposition, they maintained their shape and intensity, ensuring they remained within reach of qualification spots.
Kerala Blasters FC underlined their attacking pedigree in the Zonal Group Stage of the Reliance Foundation Development League 2025‑26, scoring 12 goals en route to finishing second in the South-Kerala zonal standings.
Sreekuttan was Kerala Blasters’ top scorer in the Zonal Group Stage with five goals and finished among the top scorers across the stage alongside three other players. Throughout the zonal phase, the Blasters combined forward thrust with tactical adaptability, creating and converting chances while maintaining a competitive defensive shape, a balance that helped them secure progression into the National Group Stage with confidence.
In the National Group Stage, while they faced tough challenges, Kerala Blasters also produced standout results during the campaign, including an impressive 2-1 victory over Punjab FC. The result highlighted their ability to compete against top teams and deliver in key moments. A key moment came in a dominant 3-0 win against NorthEast United FC, highlighting the Blasters’ attacking efficiency and game control. Their consistency in securing results against other opponents played a key role in pushing them into the National Championship place.
Kerala Blasters’ campaign was driven by a balanced squad with contributions across the pitch. Sujin finished as the team’s top goal scorer, playing a key role in their attacking output throughout the season.
